22/01/18: UK Music is heading off on our Music Academic Partnership (MAP) tour this week.
We are kicking off our tour on Tuesday January 23 to meet our Yorkshire based MAP students from Leeds Beckett University, Leeds College of Music and Backstage Academy at the O2 Academy Leeds.
It’s the first date on the ten-stop tour of our MAP Roadshow.
MAP is our ground-breaking collaboration between a select group of educational institutions and the membership of UK Music. Its focus is on preparing individuals who want to build careers out of their passion for music.
We will be touring across all of our MAP partners on the following dates:
- 23rd Jan – Leeds Beckett University, Leeds College of Music and Backstage Academy
- 26th Jan – Southampton Solent University and BIMM
- 6th Feb – University of Northampton
- 6th March – Cardiff University
- 9th March – LIPA
- 19th March – Bucks New University
- 28th March – The BRIT School
- 1st May – Coventry University
- 4th May – ACM
- 8th May – University of Hertfordshire
