UK Music wants to ensure that every young person across the UK has access to accurate information about working in the music industry and the range of careers that are available in record labels, music publishing, music management, production, lighting, sound engineering, live events and performance.

Together with Creative & Cultural Skills, the Sector Skills Council for music, and the Government’s Intellectual Property Office (IPO), we have created UK Music Skills and Schools, to provide careers advice and guidance through a combination of online resources and special events, designed by people who work in the music industry.

UK Music held Skills and Schools events in Liverpool, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Harrow, Dagenham, Glossop and Frome.
