27.04:2023: UK Music’s Parliamentary and Research Manager Hannah McLennan is to share her skills by becoming a Shadow Trustee at charity Attitude is Everything. 

In addition to her role at UK Music, Hannah will get involved with the charity’s work to connect disabled people with music and live events industries to improve access. 

Hannah said: “I am delighted to be joining Attitude is Everything as a Shadow Trustee – a role which is both new for me and the organisation. 

“I have greatly admired the work of Attitude is Everything since joining UK Music, particularly the work done around the Live Events Access Charter. 

“I was diagnosed with Juvenile Arthritis when I was younger, so accessibility is a huge priority for me. The 2022 UK Music Diversity Report, which I worked on last year, also showed there is so much more to be done within the industry to open up career pathways for all. I can’t wait to get involved and see what the role brings.”

In her role a Shadow Trustee Hannah, who leads for UK Music on sustainability, as well as health and wellbeing, will join four other trustees who are joining Attitude is Everything.
