After wrapping up his internship there, he went back to Sweden for a 3 month long internship with Playground Music, the independent distributor for many of UK’s leading independent record labels, such as Beggars Group, Domino Recording Company, Secretly Group etc. Upon returning to the UK he began scouting for law firm Clintons, as well as interning within Beggars Group and their labels. Towards the end of his degree, after an introduction to Domino Records, he was offered a job there, where he currently works with the project managers. He also played a key part in starting up BIMM’s very own record label, Pool Valley Recordings.

Bethan Heaton – Leeds Beckett University
Bethan graduated from Leeds Beckett University in 2017 with a first class degree in Music Production, and was awarded the JAMES award. That’s now part of reality!
