Case Study – Bo-Dee Kelly

Bo-Dee Kelly hails from a little village just outside of Watford. She has recently completed a Music Business apprenticeship with the musical rights society PPL, and is now a valued team member in their Music Reporting department. Alongside this, she is a founding member of 3A, the apprentices alumni board of trustees which feeds directly into the Creative & Cultural Skills Board.

Her career started out at The Roundhouse where she participated in their Young Creatives courses for numerous years which grew her network and allowed Bo-Dee to hone in on skills and interests; all of which later moulded her career.

Bo-Dee Kelly said: “My apprenticeship gave me the opportunity to gain experience in an industry I love whilst building an extensive network of people with whom I’d like to work with in the future. I am now a full-time employee and enjoying every bit of it.”
