UK Music has responded to the Government's Consultation on Copyright. UK Music emphasises that we want to work constructively with Government to ensure that any change to copyright will bring such benefits whilst complying with mandatory European legislation.

Jo Dipple has today been confirmed as the chief executive of UK Music. She formally replaces Feargal Sharkey, who departed the UK commercial music industry’s umbrella body in November 2011.
