As Director of Operations, Stephanie is accountable for creating an environment where individuals and teams are empowered to deliver on UK Music’s mission. She is responsible for driving effectiveness across people, systems and processes.

Before joining UK Music in May 2022, Stephanie served as Chief of Staff at First Draft, a not-for-profit that protects communities from harmful misinformation. Before that, Stephanie spent eight years at Lloyd’s Register, latterly as Executive Assistant to the Executive Vice President, supporting the global launch of an external corporate affairs business function.

Beginning her career as a regional press officer at East West Records, Stephanie has held senior support and project development roles at Burson Marsteller PR, 1 2 One Artist Management, Viacom/MTV Networks and Creative & Cultural Skills (a sector skills council for the creative industries), where she worked extensively with businesses across the music and advertising sectors.

Stephanie holds a MA in Music Business Management from the University of Westminster. She is an active #IamRemarkable facilitator, an initiative that empowers women and underrepresented groups to speak openly about their accomplishments in the workplace.
