Leadership Network
UK Music has created the Leadership Development Network. Supported and funded by the Cultural Leadership Programme, the Network brings together 10 senior leaders from across the music industry, drawn from different companies, sectors, regions and groupings.It's overall aims are to promote greater cohesion and strategic collaboration across the music business, and to foster the development of individual leadership skills.
Meeting over a nine-month period (until March 2011), the Network will comprise a mix of professionally facilitated group meetings and individual business coaching.
